3/4 oz Louis Royer Force 53 VSOP Cognac
3/4 oz Bittermens Amère Nouvelle
1/2 oz Cane Syrup

Build in a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Orange Twist.

1 1/2 oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz ginger syrup
1/4 oz Bittermens Amère Nouvelle
1 tsp Allspice Dram

Shake with a few pebbles of ice or a single cube, pour into highball glass over ice, add soda and garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger slice.

Mexicano

1 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Bittermens Amère Nouvelle
1 oz Soda Water.

In a large wine goblet filled with ice, combine the tequila, Carpano Antica and Bittermens Amère Nouvelle and give a quick stir. Add the soda water and an orange twist.

Peru Blanco

1 oz Macchu Pisco
1 oz Bittermens Amère Nouvelle
1 oz Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc
2 dashes Bittermens ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitters

Stir with ice, strain; garnish with a fat orange twist
